I’ve been training hundreds of athletes and individuals for five years. For two years, I primarily focused on the six fundamental movements of body and incorporating them in my yoga class. Through these basic movements, I was able to help people have a better understanding of their body’s mechanics. I used these methods in my three years as a kick-boxing trainer. My goal with the basic movements is for the individual to be familiar with using and controlling their own body before we add equipment.
Fitness On The Go, is a blog that will cover these six fundamental movements in an easy and fluid manner. This, in addition to body weight exercises, enables the reader to do these routines anywhere. Now more than ever people are limited to gym capacity, or simply cautious of their safety. I will provide workouts that can be done safely, and conveniently from one’s own home.
